Parish

In the last five years, we have been able to reach out to the wider community more. We take communion to Stichell House once a month which is run by The Hospital of God.

We have strengthened our links with Greatham School too. We go into Greatham School every week to do Collective worship and the School come into church to do their Nativity and Christingle service.

Some of our Church community have been involved with other Village events including Greatham Feast, the Book club and many more.

Our electoral roll stands at 38.

Church & community

A major strength for Greatham church is the faithful and welcoming congregation. We have a diverse congregation and people who are involved in different roles within services and the church community itself.

Greatham is a lively, attractive village in the south of Hartlepool with a diverse population. It has a nationally acclaimed C of E Primary School with an inspirational head teacher alongside an enthusiastic staff team.

The village community makes good use of the church for regular services, baptisms, weddings and funerals and many enjoy being part of the church family.

If you would like to be more involved in our services or the church community, then please feel free to get in contact with us through our links and contact page on our website.
